The Subject Property is located east of Ramsey Blvd and north of Sunwood Drive. The site was previously vacant and owned by Connexus Energy. The proposed project is a large, approximately 65,000 square foot industrial building with a future ~52,000 square foot planned expansion/second phase. The site is zoned E-2.
