A maximum of twelve food vendors will be selected to sell their food and beverages from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm throughout the day. Vendors must provide their own power.
Selection of food vendors is made at the sole discretion of the Happy Days Committee during the first week of June. In general, the Committee tries to provide visitors with a wide variety of food items. For this reason, the Committee reserves the right to reject any applicant. Vendors will be notified by mid-June if they are accepted.
The flat fee for food truck vendors is $300 for residents and $350 for non-residents.
Applicants must include a completed Food Vendor Indemnification, a Minnesota ST-19 form and provide appropriate certification of liability insurance. Please carefully read through the application instructions. Failure to complete the application process may result in disqualification. Registration is open to an unlimited number of vendors until Sunday, June 2. Any vendor NOT chosen by the Committee will receive a full refund.
