There seems to be a resident interest in having a Community Center in the city of Ramsey. This has been expressed by residents at community meetings, through resident surveys and other public input. Although the idea has generally been discussed by the City Council over the years, no in-depth planning, budgeting, nor significant community engagement has been performed (with the exception of the Resilient Communities Project study through the University of Minnesota).
