This can be attributed to a great labor force, nearby relevant educational opportunities, pro-active local government, utility companies, and synergies created from nearby commercial & industrial users. With Ramsey's existing business parks nearly full, we are turning our eyes to a new 100 acre business park. Bunker Lake Industrial Business Park is serviced by a full-access, grade separated, U.S. Hwy 10/169/Armstrong Blvd interchange, a $35M project completed in 2015. Interchanges are in the works for U.S. Hwy 10/Ramsey Blvd & U.S. Hwy 10/Sunfish Lake Blvd. The $138M project has an expected start date of Spring 2023 with completion in Fall 2024.
