Barbara will guide a Vinyasa style of yoga that focuses on breath and movement. Practicing by candlelight will allow you to wind down in a calming environment. All levels are welcome, as modifications will be offered.

Barbara loves sharing this unique form of mind/body fitness with students of all ages and abilities. Registration is requested.

    Held in the Northside Gymnasium at Ramsey Elementary School. Zumba is a dance group-fitness class that is fun, energetic, and effective. You will dance to great music while having fun and doing something good for your health. This class features interval aerobic training and exercises to sculpt and tone your body as you dance. Classes are led by Logan Thompson, licensed Zumba instructor. Bring with you a water bottle and athletic clothing and shoes.
