Yoga Flow is restorative, challenging, invigorating, and fun! It’s Barbara’s goal to introduce yoga in a safe, non-competitive, judgment-free way. Yoga is for EVERY BODY! Barbara will guide a Vinyasa style of yoga that focuses on breath and movement. All levels welcome, as modifications will be offered. Ms. Sandarin is certified in several forms of yoga and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing and teaching many forms of yoga for well over 15 years. Barbara loves sharing this unique form of mind/body fitness with students of all ages and abilities. Registration is requested.

River Action Volunteer Event (RAVE)
Join the Mississippi Park Connection for service and fun! All trips pair a restoration project with an adventure tour by National Park Service rangers.
For this RAVE, we will offer tours of canoe-access campsites on islands near Mississippi West Regional Park. Participants will also help remove invasive plant species that threaten the native plant ecosystems.
This fun project is great for adults and kids over 12 years old. No canoeing experience needed.
What To Bring:
A full water bottle for drinking; Sunscreen, sunglasses, sweatshirts and tick/mosquito repellent; Long pants and sturdy, close toed shoes; Appropriate clothing to get wet and/or muddy
The RAVE will happen rain or shine.
