Monarch butterflies are at risk of becoming an endangered species within our lifetimes. The City of Ramsey has recently signed the Mayors for Monarchs Pledge, committing the City to help restore habitat for the monarch and encourage citizens to do the same. This presentation will cover the life history and migration of this fascinating insect, as well as ways that we can help contribute real data as citizen scientists.

About the Monarch Lab: The Monarch Lab provides an abundance of educational tools, workshops, and expertise through a variety of different programs aiming to promote and facilitate inquiry-based education through original curricula and research opportunities.
