Park Dedication Celebration & Dog Parade: The City of Ramsey invites you to celebrate the renaming of Central Park to honor, and recognize, Loral I Armstrong Delaney. This initiative was affirmed and adopted by City Council Resolution #20-21. Following the dedication, we invite all dogs to participate in a Ramsey Community Dog Parade! Preregistration is not required for either. Dog Parade: Bring your four legged friend to this community celebration. Big dogs, small dogs, fetch lovers, couch nappers, and everything in between! Ron Schara will MC and give all dogs their moment to shine and chance at winning prizes! Dogs must remain leashed and in control for the duration of the event. Please maintain safe social distancing and follow COVID-19 protocols.
