The City has approved Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork and Preserve at Northfork 2nd Addition, a development proposed by BK Land Development. The project has 61 villa style lots (50 foot wide, R-2 zoning) and 29 single family lots (80 foot wide lots, R-1 MUSA) for a total of 90 lots. Approximately 12.2 acres will be dedicated to the villas, approximately 9.2 acres will be dedicated to the single family lots, and approximately 7 acres dedicated as outlots for stormwater management.
The City has formally approved the project.There will be movement of soil and trees onsite, roads built onsite, and houses will begin to be built onsite.
